At Growing Rainbows Daycare we strive to treat every child like they are a part of our family.

Full Time and Part Time Care

We are a licensed family day care, and we offer both full-time and part-time care in our family home with a large, fenced backyard.  We have a vegetable garden and a strawberry patch for kids to explore and learn about – children love seeing how things change and grow. The end result is edible, which is even better!

We have a family setting, and my goals are to give the children in my care opportunities to learn large and fine motor, language, and self-help skills. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home located within walking distance of Irvine Elementary School.

Our main method of transportation is our Bunch cargo bike – with the bike, we take field trips to spray parks, the library, various playgrounds, and on rides just for fun!

We have a large backyard complete with a GMO-free vegetable garden. Outdoor time is important – children have time outdoors every day, weather permitting.

Our outdoor activities include sprouting seeds and watching them grow into full-sized flowers and vegetables, a Jungle Jumparoo for bouncing as well as a water table and other outdoor toys. Indoors we have books, games, puzzles, and toys for children and infants of all ages.

Included in the fees are two healthy snacks as well as lunch. Additional meals are available for a fee.

I accommodate both cloth and disposable diapers, and am willing and able to work with most special dietary needs.

I have current Emergency Child Care First Aid/CPR-B certification, a current criminal records check for all of the adults in my home, as well as Good Beginnings and FoodSafe Level 1. I do speak French at a conversational level, and I can offer modified ASL/baby sign.
